Limits and Requirements
Licences
Workflow itself needs a Workflow licence. A user without one sees You do not have a license to access Workflow - Admin.
Some apps are offered in Choose an app only when your company has the matching product.

Apps that need an external account, such as Kivra, Digipost, SFTP, OpenAI and Microsoft Outlook, also need a connection on the Apps screen. Viewpoint uses a connection that is set up in CenterPoint Administration.
Limits

Sessions
If your session ends, Workflow shows Your session has expired with the button Sign in again. If signing in fails, it shows We could not sign you in with the same button. Click Sign in again to start over. See Troubleshooting.
Time zone
Cron expressions and the Calendar time are in UTC. A monthly or yearly Calendar schedule with no Repeat on day is skipped.
Environments
A workflow and a table exist in Development, Test, Pre Production and Production. These are kept per environment:
- Versions of the workflow and of each table.
- The webhook URL of a Webhook trigger.
- The value of each variable.
