Workflow rules

The Workflow Configuration tab on the Rules page holds one setting: the workflow that fills the Smartform with data when it is first opened.

• Under Workflow, choose the workflow that provides the data in the list. None means no workflow loads data. The choice is saved as soon as you make it.
• The … button next to the list has Create Workflow, and Edit Workflow when a workflow is chosen. Both open Workflow in a new tab.
• The number after the tab name is 1 when a workflow is set.
• You need a Workflow license to use this setting. Without one, the list is locked.
